Sample Workout from DDF (Daily Desk Fitness)
Below is a short exactly of a workout program.
You'll see Liam explain what the program is, then do a short warm up.
Each workout is 3 minutes warm up, 9 minutes core program, 3 minutes cool down.
With Liam explaning each one.
As you progress through the weeks, there will also be an Express Version without any explaining and just the workouts (with the breaks in between).
And then a final express version which is all the exercises, 3 minutes warm up, 9 minutes core exercises, 3 minutes cool down with ZERO breaks and ZERO explaining.
