IS THERE ANY EQUIPMENT NEEDED?

Most of the exercises require body weight.


We will use the walls, your table and chair as part of the program.


Additionally, it is strongly encouraged that you buy 3 items before the program start:

  • Fitness mat aka, yoga mat (to sit or lay on during stretching)
  • Resistance Bands (to help with strength training)
  • Foam roller (to help with recovery)

Once you access the member's area, you will see educational videos from Liam explaining why these items are needed.


You can expect to pay for these approx $100 on Amazon.

WHAT IS THE PROGRAM DURATION?

The beta program is 6 weeks.


During the 6 weeks, we want to be proactive with regular Zoom calls (at least weekly) to be able to collect feedback from founding members who are going to participate.


This will help Liam continue to evolve this program.


We may need to re-record certain parts of the videos or re-record completely as things evolve.


There are also additional levels to record and we want to make sure everything is created based on real-time customer feedback.


The program overall, can be for years to come and become a part of your day-to-day routine.

HOW LONG ARE THE VIDEOS?

We plan to have different video durations for different levels.


The workout itself is 15 minutes.


It includes:

  • Warm up
  • Core exercises
  • Cool down

When you are starting out, the videos are longer as some days there is 30 seconds break between each exercise.


And as you get fitter, we have trimmed version of the videos to have NO breaks in the video (exactly 15 minutes).

HOW DO I ACCESS THE VIDEOS?

There is a private members' area where all the videos will be hosted (you will have your email name and password for it to get access).


We have it set up that every single day you will receive an email reminder saying "click here for your daily exercise".


The emails will be send from contact@eranbucai.com with subject line [DDF]


You click that link, login to the members area, and follow the video instructions.

ARE THERE WRITTEN GUIDES FOR THE WORKOUTS?

Yes!


Every workout lesson comes with a video with Liam guiding you through the exercise along with explanation on what to do and how to do it.


Under the video you will a written guide on every single exercise so you can also READ about the various exercises and how to do them.


Here are some examples:


  • Arm Circles - 1 minute - Stand with feet shoulder-width apart. Extend arms out to the sides and make small circles. Gradually increase the size of the circles. After 30 seconds, switch directions.
  • Tricep Dips - 1 minute - Find a sturdy chair or bench. Place your hands behind you on the edge of whatever you choose to use, fingers facing forward. Walk your feet out (further the feet are out, the harder it is!) and lower your body by bending your elbows until they are at about a 90-degree angle, then push back up. Perform this for 1 minute then take a 30 second rest before starting the next exercise.
  • Wall Chest Stretch - 1 minute - Stand next to a wall and place arm against it with elbow above shoulder height. Slowly rotate body away from the wall until a stretch is felt and hold for 30 seconds, then switch arms.
WHY IS THIS SO CHEAP? WHAT IS THE CATCH?

I'll be completely honest and transparent.


I (Eran) have a profitable business already.


I do not have to make money from this fitness business to survive.


My goal is to simply use the revenue from this business to fund my livelihood here in Bali along with Liam so I can continue to get the personal attention to my health and fitness with a dedicated personal trainer and nutritionist.


This is "for-profit" business venture, and we hope to be able to use the earnings to continue and help as many people as possible whether it is through advertising to get DDF to as many people as possible, and/or fund other passion projects (Liam would love to have a dog shelter here in Bali, as an example).


We plan to keep this founding member price until we reach 1,000 members, at which point we will raise the price in order to accomodate for affiliates to help us promote.


ARE THERE ANY UPSELLS?

At this point, there are no upsells as part of the funnel or this fitness business.
